Korean Botox and fillers market

The Korean Botox and fillers market covers two different product groups: botulinum toxin type A products such as Nabota, Botulax and Innotox, and dermal fillers, mostly hyaluronic acid (HA) gels such as Neuramis, Revolax and Chaeum. This guide compares the manufacturers, pack formats and purchasing criteria that matter to licensed professionals and clinic buyers.

“Korean Botox” is a common search term, but Botox is a trademark of a different manufacturer; Korean toxins are separate products with their own names and labeling. Koreaderma supplies Korean aesthetic products to professional buyers, and every product example below comes from our catalog.

What defines the Korean Botox and fillers market

The Korean Botox and fillers market combines Korean manufacturing, several competing product lines and expanding international distribution. Korean companies such as Daewoong, Hugel and Medytox each sell their own botulinum toxin brand, and HA fillers from Korean producers come in several versions, syringe sizes and box formats.

It helps to separate two markets. The domestic market covers products sold to clinics in South Korea under Korean labeling and Korean regulatory approval. International sales reach professionals in other countries through distributors and suppliers, and each destination country applies its own rules. How well known a brand is abroad and whether a specific product is authorized in the buyer’s country are separate questions.

International sales are a growing part of the business for at least some manufacturers. In its preliminary 2025 results, published on 11 February 2026, Hugel reported that the export share of its toxin and dermal filler sales rose from 66% in 2024 to 74% in 2025. That figure describes one company, not the export share of the whole Korean market.

Botulinum toxins and HA fillers serve different purposes

Botulinum toxins and HA fillers are different product categories, even when both come from South Korea. Botulinum toxin type A acts on muscle activity. HA fillers are gels used to restore volume and correct soft tissue within their approved indications. A shared country of origin does not make the two categories interchangeable.

When selecting toxins, it is important to consider factors such as the form of the product and the number of units (dosage). In our catalog, Nabota and Botulax are available as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, while Innotox comes in a liquid form. The label “100 units” indicates the amount of the substance contained in a single vial, based on the specific manufacturer’s classification. These units are specific to each individual product; this guide does not provide for conversions between different brands, and it should be noted that these units are not a measure of volume.

For fillers, compare the volume per syringe (for example 1 ml or 1.1 ml), the number of syringes in the box and whether the product card lists lidocaine.

Skin boosters, PN/PDRN products and exosomes are neighboring categories outside the scope of this guide.

Korean manufacturers and products available at Koreaderma

Three Korean manufacturers stand behind the toxin brands covered in this guide. Nabota is the botulinum toxin brand of Daewoong, Botulax is Hugel’s botulinum toxin, and Medytox lists both Innotox and the Neuramis filler line in its portfolio. Hugel’s 2025 results also name THE CHAEUM among its HA fillers, check the packaging of the Chaeum Premium No.3 version you order for the manufacturer’s details. For Revolax, confirm the manufacturer and legal entity from the packaging and product documentation.

The table presents six products from our catalog, grouped by packaging format. It describes the contents of each item, rather than the clinical efficacy of the products.

Product and distribution trends that matter to buyers

International expansion. Korean manufacturers are selling more abroad: Hugel’s export share of toxin and filler sales reached 74% in 2025 (Hugel, February 2026). Selling in more countries can mean different labels and trade names for the same manufacturer’s product. Hugel itself refers to its toxin as “Botulax, or Letybo”.

Different toxin forms. Not every Korean toxin is a lyophilized powder. Innotox 100 units is supplied as a liquid, while Nabota 100 units and Botulax 100 units are lyophilized. The form determines which handling and storage instructions apply.

Filler versions and pack sizes. HA filler lines come in several versions and box formats. In our catalog, Neuramis Deep is a 1 ml syringe, Revolax Deep a 1.1 ml syringe and Chaeum Premium No.3 a box of two 1.1 ml syringes.

How to compare Korean toxin and filler prices

Compare Korean toxin and filler prices pack against pack, with every cost included.

A fair comparison covers six elements: the product and its exact version, the number of units (toxins) or the volume in ml (fillers), the number of vials or syringes in the box; the remaining shelf life, the shipping cost, and any duties, taxes or fees that apply in your country. A pack price is not a treatment price, and it should not be compared with a clinic’s injection fee.

Filler boxes show why pack size matters. Chaeum Premium No.3 comes as a box of 2 × 1.1 ml (2.2 ml in total), Revolax Deep as a single 1.1 ml syringe and Neuramis Deep as a single 1 ml syringe. Dividing each price by the total volume gives a packaging cost per ml, which is useful for budgeting. It does not show that the three gels are clinically interchangeable: each has its own composition, properties and indications.

For toxins, compare offers for the same product, version and labeled content. A price per unit across different brands does not compare like with like. Prices and stock change, so check current figures on each product card rather than relying on a number quoted in an article.

What professionals should verify before ordering

Before you order, check three things: the product itself, the rules in your country and, of course, the delivery terms. Check what comes in the pack as well, meaning units or ml, the number of vials or syringes, and whether lidocaine is listed. Look at the batch number and expiry date. Next, determine whether this product is permitted in your country.

Frequently asked questions

Does “Korean Botox” mean the Botox brand?

No. “Korean Botox” is an informal term for botulinum toxin type A products made in South Korea, such as Nabota from Daewoong and Botulax from Hugel. Botox is a trademark of a different manufacturer, and each Korean toxin has its own name, labeling and documentation.

Does a larger toxin vial automatically offer better value?

Not necessarily. Whether it is advantageous to purchase a vial containing a larger amount of the toxin depends on how the product is used in medical practice, its remaining shelf life, and the handling instructions provided by the manufacturer. The number of units indicated on a vial reflects only its contents, it does not represent a standard dose or the number of patients for whom the product is intended.

Why do Korean filler box prices vary?

Prices for packages of Korean fillers vary because the packages themselves can differ in terms of product line, version, the volume of the product in a single syringe, and the number of syringes per package. For instance, a package containing two 1.1 ml syringes and a package containing one 1 ml syringe are different products. Having the same volume does not imply that the gels have identical properties or the same indications for use.

Are all Korean injectables FDA approved?

No. FDA approval belongs to a specific product under a specific trade name and has to be checked in FDA’s official records; in the United States, dermal fillers are regulated as medical devices. Approval in South Korea or a listing in an online catalog does not mean US approval.

Where can professionals compare products and shipping terms?

Professionals can compare Korean toxins and HA fillers in Koreaderma’s catalog categories, where each product card lists the pack format, price and availability. Shipping terms are on the shipping information page, and the support team answers order questions. Buyers should check their own country’s requirements before ordering.

Important Notice Before Ordering Toxins

All botulinum toxin products are carefully packed using insulated packaging and ice packs to help maintain safe conditions during transit.

However, international shipping conditions, weather, and high temperatures — especially during summer — are outside of our control. Ice packs may melt, and toxin products may arrive warm or hot.

During summer periods and exposure to elevated temperatures during transit, botulinum toxin products may experience up to a 10% reduction in effectiveness.

Because these shipping conditions are beyond our control, warm product arrival, melted ice packs, shipping delays, or customs delays are not considered valid reasons for refunds or reshipments.
