Important Notice Before Ordering Toxins

All botulinum toxin products are carefully packed using insulated packaging and ice packs to help maintain safe conditions during transit.

However, international shipping conditions, weather, and high temperatures — especially during summer — are outside of our control. Ice packs may melt, and toxin products may arrive warm or hot.

During summer periods and exposure to elevated temperatures during transit, botulinum toxin products may experience up to a 10% reduction in effectiveness.

Because these shipping conditions are beyond our control, warm product arrival, melted ice packs, shipping delays, or customs delays are not considered valid reasons for refunds or reshipments.

Please review and accept this information before placing your order.

🇰🇷 Holiday Shipping Notice

Please note that our office will be closed on Monday, October 5 due to a public holiday in South Korea.

The last shipping day before the long weekend is Friday, October 2.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM KST on Friday, October 2 (2:00 AM EDT / 11:00 PM PDT on Thursday, October 1) will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after this cutoff time, as well as orders placed throughout the weekend and the Monday holiday, will be shipped starting Tuesday, October 6.

Customer support responses may also take longer than usual during the holiday period.

Thank you for your understanding and patience!
