All botulinum toxin products are carefully packed using insulated packaging and ice packs
to help maintain safe conditions during transit.
However, international shipping conditions, weather, and high temperatures — especially during summer —
are outside of our control. Ice packs may melt, and toxin products may arrive warm or hot.
Because these shipping conditions are beyond our control, warm product arrival, melted ice packs,
shipping delays, or customs delays are not considered valid reasons for refunds or reshipments.
