Important Notice Before Ordering Toxins

All botulinum toxin products are carefully packed using insulated packaging and ice packs to help maintain safe conditions during transit.

However, international shipping conditions, weather, and high temperatures — especially during summer — are outside of our control. Ice packs may melt, and toxin products may arrive warm or hot.

During summer periods and exposure to elevated temperatures during transit, botulinum toxin products may experience up to a 10% reduction in effectiveness.

Because these shipping conditions are beyond our control, warm product arrival, melted ice packs, shipping delays, or customs delays are not considered valid reasons for refunds or reshipments.

🇰🇷 Chuseok Holiday Shipping Notice

Please note that our office will be closed for the Chuseok holidays (Sep 24–27).

The last shipping day before the holidays is Wednesday, September 23.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM KST on Sep 23 (2:00 AM EDT / 11:00 PM PDT on Sep 22) will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after the cutoff time and during the holiday period will be shipped starting Monday, September 28.

Customer support responses may also take longer than usual during the holidays.
