Returns
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons some products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 7โ10 business days.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Import Issues
If your order is held or rejected by customs, the buyer is responsible for clearance procedures or return shipping costs.
